What counts as a source?
Anything you add: a document, a recording, a page, an email, a note. Processing it is what turns it into part of your MyBrain. Each plan has a monthly total. Every day, your first sources up to the daily limit are processed with priority, ahead of the queue. Anything past it still counts toward the monthly total and is processed in the background.
What is a private, self-hosted model?
A model we run on our own infrastructure. Your knowledge is read there and never sent to an external provider, so it stays private and fully yours.
What is the built-in ghostwriter?
It interviews you, by text or voice, to capture what you know but never wrote down: experiences, expertise, milestones, achievements. Each answer becomes new knowledge in your MyBrain, connected to what is already there. Every plan includes a free trial.
Do you train on my knowledge?
No. What you put in MyBrain is used to answer you, and no one else. It is your intellectual property, not our training data.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Nothing is lost. New processing pauses until the next day or the next billing period, and everything already in your MyBrain stays searchable. Upgrade and the limit lifts immediately.
What counts against storage?
The files you keep: documents, recordings, exports. Notes and the connections between them cost nothing.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, from your account. Monthly plans run to the end of the period; annual plans are billed once and can be switched at renewal.
Can I take everything out?
Yes. Ownership you cannot walk away with is not ownership. Export your full archive in open formats whenever you want.
